Do you refund?
Yes, as of November 1st, 2021 customers will have the option of receiving either a refund or store credit.
Can I return my item?
Yes, up to 5 days after the order is delivered. You can receive a full refund after the item is received undamaged. Please return all items to the address listed on your shipping label.
What if it says delivered, but I don’t see my order? or What if my order says label it’s made, but there’s no movement and the delivery date has passed.
Please contact UPS or the shipping service method given on your shop app, and file a case. This is to create an investigation so that I am compensated for the item lost, as well as you get a replacement. After a case is filed and issued, Please contact the store via email: Orderinquiries@hogoekpessou.com. Title the subject " False delivery + Your order number." ( Your order number is a 4-digit number) In the email provide the case reference number provided by the refund shipping service, and the ID of the agent spoken to. This will give me the information I need to follow up with the investigation.
Are you owed a replacement, but it is not in stock? Please email Orderinquiries@hogoekpessou.com title the subject " Damaged + Your order number." Explain the issue, and provide pictures. You will be rewarded with a store credit if accepted, to make use of at any time. Please just email prior to purchase.
